实训室于2016年2月建成，主要设备有:数控车床22台、数控铣床11台、三轴数控加工中心9台、四轴数控加工中心4台、五轴数控加工中心1台、车铣复合中心（台湾友佳）1台、车铣复合中心（德玛吉）2台，可同时容纳100人进行实训教学。

 主要承担的实训教学有：数控加工基本技能、企业产品数控加工操作、真实产品数控加工刀具和加工参数的选择、真实产品数控加工夹具的设计、生产质量管理技术、精益管理技术等实训项目。

 实训室有加工中心高级技师1人、技师2人，具有数控加工考评员资格2人，参与教学及培训的老师拥有丰富的教学经验。实训室不仅能满足校内数控加工中级工、高级工、技师的培训，而且也可承接校外各级数控加工人员的培训,也可为本地相关企业提供生产加工服务。

 实训室的数控设备不仅有利于我校开展先进制造教学，有利于“创新创业”活动的开展，并有助于师生开展相关科学研究，为本区域的制造业提供新工艺研究与开发支持。

 The training room was founded in Feb., 2016. There are 22 numerical control (NC) lathes, 11 NC milling machines, 9 three-axis NC machining centers, 4 four-axis NC machining centers, a five-axis NC machining center, a turning and milling complex machining center from Taiwan, 2 turning and milling complex machining centers from DMG. The 100 students can be accommodated to the training room at the same time.

 The training missions in the room, including the following programs: The basic skills of the NC machining, the NC machining for the enterprise products, the selection of the NC machine cutting tools for the real products, the fixture design of the NC machining for the real products, the management technology for the production quality, and the lean management technology, etc..

 There are a senior technician, 2 technicians, 2 qualified examiner for the NC machining in the training room. These teachers involved in the training tasks own the rich teaching experiences. The training room not only can meet the training needs of intermediate workers, senior workers and technicians for NC machining in campus, but also meet the needs of various personnel training for NC machining, and provide the production service for the local enterprises.

 All of these NC machines not only can benefit the advanced numerical machining teaching in the campus, benefit the activity of innovation and entrepreneurship,and benefit the relative science research for teachers and students, as well as support the new technology development for the local manufacturing enterprises.
